Inez & Vinood developed this story from the idea of a split personality: on one hand, we have the perfectionist K-pop star Jennie, and on the other hand, the funny and unruly young Jennie. Jennie plays two characters, but the film will slowly reveals that they are just two sides of her character.

Caught up in the mad rush of her daily life, singer and House ambassador Jennie invites us into her whirlwind of superstardom, from the paparazzi flashes to the effervescence of crowds. If there are many Jennies between the artist who performs on stage and the young woman who enjoys playing the electric guitar in her room, there is one common denominator: the CHANEL 22 bag.

“As with the first three films starring Lily Rose-Depp, Margaret Qualley and Whitney Peak, the central theme of this episode with Jennie is self-confidence: what makes you feel confident in your life, whether it’s your friends, being by yourself at home, nature. They all have their own ways of feeling good about themselves,” Inez & Vinood shared in a media statement.
