LISA said “I thought I was really nervous yesterday, so I actually thought I could really have fun today even before the show started. But now that I’m up on the stage, I’m nervous just like yesterday”. JENNIE then said, “It feels so new and I feel even more energized for having a concert in Seoul”.

ROSÉ said “I noticed this during rehearsals, but I can see some familiar faces I saw yesterday, and I also see new BLINKS as well. I’m really looking forward to it because I feel like we can make new memories different to yesterday”. JISOO also expressed how she felt by saying “Our world tour comes in about 4 years, and it’s really meaningful we’re kicking it off with Seoul. Let’s all have fun together so that we can receive even more energy from you guys”.

The concert was joined by top-notch band sessions who had taken part in various performances. BLACKPINK’s hit songs were reborn with rich band sounds which focused on not only the melody line, but also on the overall composition of the song itself. The band arranged songs, which could only be heard through this concert, and the vivid and wild sounds that made audiences’ heart beat fast, pleased the ears and eyes right away.

BLACKPINK drew enthusiastic responses with their mega-hit songs loved by fans around the world, including ‘Lovesick Girls’, ‘KILL THIS LOVE’, ‘PLAYING WITH FIRE’, ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’, and ‘BOOMBAYAH’. The members heated up the stage by presenting overwhelming live performances and passionate dance moves on top of the band sound.

Attention was also drawn as the girls unveiled the performances of track songs listed in their 2nd full album ‘BORN PINK’ for the first time. The group performed ‘Tally’. ‘Typa Girl’, and ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah’, and enjoyed the stages together with the audience who all stoop up and sang along the songs.

The very highlight of the performance was ‘Pink Venom’. Starting off with the extravagant laser show unfolding on the stage equipment which came down from the ceiling, the audience went crazy over member’s trendy performance, dance breaks by YGX dancers, and the band’s jam session.

BLACKPINK also showed off their very own characteristics with their solo stages. JISOO appeared in an intense red outfit, and performed a seductive stage with Camilla Cabello’s ‘Liar’. JENNIE unveiled her never-revealed new song on stage, and took over the hearts of audiences with her performance in front of a moon, just like the lyrics ‘Dancing in the moonlight’.

JENNIE said, “This is a song that’s never been revealed, and I prepared this to show you guys something new. Please look forward to this stage as I’ll be performing it a lot during the tour. I was really worried while practicing the last hand move performance in case the audience won’t understand the overall story of the song, but members really encouraged me and made me less worried”.

ROSÉ proved her unrivaled vocal skills by performing ‘Hard to Love’ and ‘On The Ground’ listed on her solo album, and LISA also performed ‘LALISA’ and ‘MONEY’ from her solo album, showing off her charismatic charms and her pole dance skills.

Towards the end of the song, fans put on flashes from their phones and sang together ‘Stay’, showing their appreciation of their passionate stages instead of calling out ‘encore’. JISOO said “We were really nervous for this concert following yesterday. I felt really nervous because it had been such a long time since we held a concert. I think we really wanted to do well. Since our world tour begins with Seoul, we really wanted to show everyone what we can pull off at our hometown. I was so nervous yesterday, so I calmed myself down to enjoy today more than yesterday, and I really hope you guys had a fun time”.

LISA said “I really want to express my gratitude to our staff members who put together such an amazing stage and I want to tell our members how much I love them. We were really busy, so we were always sleep-deprived and sick, and I’m so proud of them to wrap up this performance like this. Thank you BLINKS for creating such a beautiful pink ocean, and let’s be together for a long time”.

JENNIE said, “It’s the last day of our Seoul concert, and it almost feels like we’ll continue this tomorrow and the day after too. I’m upset because I feel like I’ve just started to relax. Thank you so much for those who supported us over the past two days. Our members worked so hard over the past 3 months day and night to prepare for this stage, good on you guys. We’ll make sure to successfully end our world-tour”.

Last but not least, ROSÉ also expressed how she felt by saying “I realized something while taking a break from the stage. Performing as BLACKPINK is something I enjoy and like so much, and that’s why I was looking forward to this concert and was really excited while preparing for it, but I feel like there’s so much more room for improvement. Thank you so much for always supporting us. I feel like we can successfully wrap up our world tour thanks to your support”.

Meanwhile, starting off ith the Seoul concert, BLACKPINK will embark on a world tour to North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, and hold a total of 1.5 million audiences, which is the largest scale for K-pop girl group ever.
