BLACKPINK x bugatti Collection Launch
BLACKPINK is making back to school even more exciting with their new Target collaboration. The girl group joined forces with the mega-retailer for a limited-edition drop of backpacks and duffel bags for all of your adventures.
The first two bags in the drop, the “Shine On” shiny black patent backpack with a pink-and-black zipper detail, and the “Clearly You” smoky grey backpack with a pastel pink zipper, are currently available via Target’s website and each retails for $54.99. The collection will expand to include four more backpacks, which will drop on Target.com at the end of August. Though not available at the retailer, crossbody bags, fanny packs, and pencil cases are also part of the drop.
According to a press release, the line is made in partnership with The Bugatti Group, and the bags, in particular, are inspired by Jennie, Lisa, Rosé, and Jisoo’s style and personalities.
“Shine On,” with its futuristic, shimmery vibes, is inspired by Lisa; the see-through “Clearly You” line is inspired by Jennie; “Scaled Up,” with its shiny scale pattern, is all Jisoo; and the romantic pink designs of “Be Still My Heart” is totally Rosé.
The bags come in the band’s signature shades of black, silver-grey, and pink, of course, and they can easily take you from homeroom to the weekend — or, you know, on a worldwide tour.
